These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on this website (“Site”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License & Usage Rights

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may install and use the product in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and/or 2024 (as applicable).

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the developer. No ownership rights are transferred by the purchase.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the product, whether modified or unmodified.

  • Upload the product to file-sharing platforms, forums, or marketplaces.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source files.

  • Use the product for commercial purposes (e.g., in a paid flight simulator experience) without prior written permission.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link. No physical items will be shipped.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate purchase or proven technical issues that cannot be resolved.

Purchasers may receive updates or bug fixes at the developer’s discretion. Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems, third-party mods, or future updates to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
